"Not much of what I needed… at all!!"
I expected to find at least the basic stuff, but nope!! The selection felt really small, and I kept looking around like… where is everything??? Just didn’t have much of what I needed.

"Return was easy, but I felt a bit ignored"
I had to send back a wrong part, and the return itself was painless. The label came through quickly and the refund showed up on my card within a few days, so that part was great. I did feel a little ignored when I reached out with a question and didn’t really get much of a response, but at least the actual return and refund didn’t turn into a big hassle.

"Order processing was a mess"
I placed an order on NeweggBusiness and it just kinda sat there processing for days. No real update or anything clear, so I had no idea if it was actually moving or not.

I ended up having to contact support just to figure out what was going on. The replies was vague too, which made it more frustrating since the items showed in stock when I bought them.

In the end I wasted time and had to order from somewhere else. For a basic business order, it really shouldn’t of been that annoying.

"Trying to get warranty help turned into a hassle"
I figured getting warranty support would be straightforward, but it’s been a mess. I’ve been trying to get help with an RMA and I’m still basically stuck waiting with no real progress. Not the experience I was hoping for.

"Pretty Dependable Delivery Overall"
I’ve ordered from Newegg Business a handful of times for office supplies and tech stuff, and the delivery has been mostly on time. One box did show up a day late, which was a little annoying, but the tracking was clear enough so I wasn’t totally in the dark. Not flawless, sure, but overall they’ve been reliable enough that I’d order from them again.

I ordered a few office parts from neweggbusiness.com, and at first I was happy because the shipping showed up right on time. Then I saw the box and got a little annoyed, honestly. It was beat up, and when I opened it, there wasn’t much padding inside. I was worried something would be damaged, but thankfully everything was fine. So I’m relieved, but still kind of disappointed because the packing could definitely be better. Overall, not awful, just kind of average.

"Prices didn’t really stack up"
I checked a few parts on here, and honestly… the prices were higher than what I found on other sites. For business orders, that adds up fast, so it just didn’t feel worth it to me

I ordered a few office parts and the invoice did come through, but it took longer than I expected. I had to keep checking my email, and the billing details weren’t very clear at first, which felt kind of unnecessary.

Support was helpful and got it sorted out, so it wasn’t a huge problem. I just wish the invoice process had been smoother and easier to follow from the start

"Helpful support for our business account"
We had a small problem getting into our business account, so I reached out to support. It took a little while to get things moving, but once they looked into it, they fixed the login issue the same day. Overall, they were easy to work with and helpful.

"Not gonna lie, the site is..."
Not gonna lie, the site is easy to use, especially when I already know which parts I’m looking for. The search filters actually help narrow things down, and the product pages load quickly enough that I’m not sitting around waiting.

The only thing I noticed is that a few pages feel a little crowded, and it took me a minute during checkout to find the right billing options. Overall though, it gets the job done and I’d use it again

The box arrived crushed and kind of banged up. I’m not sure if it happened during shipping or if I’m just being picky, but it definitely wasn’t in great shape when it got here.

I placed an order because the site showed the item was in stock, but later it got canceled because they apparently didn’t actually have it. Frustrating and a waste of time. Personally, I wouldn’t rely on their inventory being accurate
